I love helping women reconnect with their body, mind, breath and spirit so they can live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

I’m a nomad at heart and believe in living in the moment and taking every adventure that life throws at us. My adventurous soul has taken me all over the world including Ukraine, Kosovo, Afghanistan, and many other countries.

I understand what is it like to suffer from anxiety, tension, stress, low self esteem and feel broken.

After years of searching I finally found my life’s/souls purpose as a yoga & meditation teacher. Yoga and meditation changed my life, it helped me overcome PTDS , IBS, painful back, anxiety and tension.

My experiences and life took me on a healing journey which began many years ago, and continues today as I learn more about (and practise daily) the benefits of yoga and meditation, breathing exercises and how it can heal our body, mind and spirit.
